About the TAA

The Teaching Assistants' Association represents nearly 3000 graduate employees at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is the oldest graduate employee union in the world.

Organizing began in 1966 and the first contract with the university was completed in 1970. We are a volunteer run organization and we love to see new faces, so if you haven't already, check out the page on how to get involved.
